Steve has over 25 years of global executive coaching, executive search, organizational and management consulting experience in the financial services and consulting arenas. He is also the Managing Director of CLAYMORE PARTNERS, an executive search firm specializing in the financial services and consulting arenas. Previously, he was a Managing Director and SVP of a top 20 executive search firm. He also served as a Financial Services partner with Gemini Consulting, Nextera, and Sibson Consulting where he provided organizational, strategic management, and process design consulting services to global financial services clients. He has been a valued Executive Coach to many business leaders during his consulting career. Steve has also held senior executive positions with Citicorp, GE Capital, and PepsiCo where he has hired and managed many individuals. He also brings significant global experience based upon having lived in Singapore as a Regional Manager covering fifteen Asian countries as well as significant consulting assignments throughout Europe, Canada, South and Central America.
Steve is a Career Advisor columnist and has been published on career management and planning in numerous publications as well as having conducted numerous proprietary, career management surveys. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including the Citicorp Global Insurance, Hartford STAR, AM Best Review Preview, and Financial Technology Conferences. Steve is published regularly in leading trade journals including SHRM, Staffing Magazine, and Bests Review as well as being a contributing author to the book Integrated Direct Marketing. He has served as an Expert Panel Member for the Human Capital Institute, is a founding Partner in the Center for Global Workforce, and is a member of SHRM, HROA, and Planning Forum. Mr. Landberg holds a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Larry has over 20 years of career coaching, executive search, and corporate executive experience that he utilizes with his career coaching clientele. Larry is also a Senior Director at CLAYMORE PARTNERS a boutique executive recruiting firm where he leads their payment products and marketing consulting practices. He has held senior management positions with GE Consumer Finance, JP Morgan Chase, and MasterCard. He also has significant consumer packaged goods marketing experience having held leadership positions at Nestle Foods, EcoLab household Products, and at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising where his major clients included American Express, General Foods, and Sears.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he has been responsible for delivering major process effectiveness platforms and has worked with human resource departments to improve process and hiring effectiveness standards. As a recruiter, he has significant experience in counseling executive candidates, interviewing skills and resume development. Working currently with HR departments as well as his experience in hiring senior managers, he has developed a sharp eye for those elements hiring managers look for in resume communication and the interviewing process.
Larry has a BBA and an MBA in Marketing from CCNY-Baruch College. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Marketing Association, and Product Development and Management Association,.
Kristen brings 15 years experience in career coaching, human resources, staffing, talent management and executive search for large employers including General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, United Technologies, Unilever and Gartner. Kristen held a leadership role for six years at a national financial staffing firm followed by a successful career in executive search completing high level nationwide searches for marketing, sales and financial executives.
Kristen is also a Senior Director at CLAYMORE PARTNERS and focuses on specialized search engagements and projects. She has managed human resources functions including benefits administration and talent acquisition and has led large scale recruiting projects including hiring eighty sales executives for an industry leader. Kristen has a BA from Fairfield University and is a member of the Network of Executive Women.
Cynthia has over 18 years experience in consulting and career development coaching in the financial services industry with deep expertise in operational risk and project management. Cynthia is also a Senior Director at CLAYMORE PARTNERS, where she leads their risk and project management practices. Previously, she was a management consultant with Satori Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, and Nextera, where she engaged with corporate leadership of Fortune 100 companies to develop and execute strategic, tactical, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Cynthia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is the former President of the Project Management Institute (PMI) New York City Chapter where she advocated and implemented career mentorship and community, corporate and educational outreach programs focused on project management. She has presented at both Project Management Institute Global Leadership and national Continuity Insights Conferences and was included as an expert commentator for the Financial Management Network business continuity planning segment. She is an educator for TopBoards™, an ISS-accredited customized board education and training program.
Cynthia graduated cum laude from the University of Denver, Lamont School of Music with a Bachelor’s degree in Music and continues to explore team dynamics and the impact of high performance in the corporate environment.
