INFORMED CAREERS coaching services are designed to enable an Executive to effectively utilize this proven methodology. Therefore, we utilize three primary services for Executives designed to meet different sets of their needs. We are also able to customize our services if these primary service packages do not sufficiently meet an Executive’s specific needs and objectives.
Job Search Package
The INFORMED CAREERS Search Package enables an Executive to move rapidly through the first three phases of our search process including Assessment, Targeting and Search Tool Development. As a result, an Executive will then be able to pursue a job search through targeted campaigns with the core tools needed to pursue search campaigns. We offer a fixed package price to accomplish this that includes four 50 minute telephone coaching sessions plus the assessment and visioning tools and review as well as targeted resume development, two minute pitch, targeted cover letter, and high level targeted search campaign strategy. This Package normally involves about 4 to 6 week period of time.
Search Campaign Support
The INFORMED CAREERS Search Campaign Support provides support to an Executive to best implement their search campaigns including monitoring results and modifying them as needed. During these efforts, we frequently work with Executives to further enhance the search tools they are using to best meet evolving and new targets based upon their results to date.
A TargetedSearch Campaign involves three specific stages for each Target Market as follows:
During this time period your INFORMED CAREERS Coach will also provide you with target mail, networking, use of executive search firms, and job ad response strategies as well as training in networking, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
This is done on an hourly coaching basis with rates dependent upon the Coach you are utilizing and the amount of coaching support desired. Typically, our coaches charge between $150 and $250 per hour for telephone sessions and we recommend utilizing at least two calls per month during this phase to be most helpful.
Developed to aid Executives that wish to shift to a new career (new function and industry) at this time and are willing to undergo the significant effort required to that end. This involves all 5 phases in our process and typically lasts for six months and then periodically when Executives desire to have an ongoing Career Plan that is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
This is done on an hourly coaching basis with rates dependent upon the Coach you are utilizing and the amount of coaching support desired. Typically, our coaches charge between $150 and $250 per hour for telephone sessions plus charges for any assessment tests. Packages are available for ongoing coaching services dependent upon the number of sessions involved.
Our Executive Outplacement Services
INFORMED CAREERS provides organizations with a top quality outplacement service exclusively designed for their Executives. We work with Executives from all size organizations on a nationwide basis.
INFORMED CAREERS outplacement provides one-on-one job search coaching services designed for Executives on a cost effective basis. Most Executives do not want or utilize the offices provided via traditional outplacement firms nor do they value the group sessions and quality of outplacement counselors provided. An Executive job search also does not take three months which is the standard outplacement service and then leaves them on their own.
Therefore, INFORMED CAREERS provides high impact outplacement services for Executives based upon our:

Our Executive Career Coaches work on an individual basis with each Executive rather than attending group sessions utilized by most other outplacement firms. Our Coaches are experienced executives themselves and have generally also worked in the executive search business providing them with real world knowledge of the executive job market. Typically, our Coaches work with an Executive via telephone based discussions and a few in person meetings making this an efficient approach. The weekly discussions tend to be weekly for the first month or two and then taper down to two per month or on an as needed basis when an opportunity has arisen. These discussions are supplemented by email and document exchanges in the interim.
We offer customized Outplacement Services along with a six month package, 16 hour long sessions, for $3,250 and a nine month package, 22 hour long sessions, for $4,500.
